OUR IMPACT METRICS
DRIVE SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS GROWTH

We are delighted to launch our third annual Impact Report.

RECRUIT WITH PURPOSE

Our B Corp certification ensures that our commitment to transparency, sustainability, and accountability translate into ethical and trustworthy recruitment practices.

We are eager to partner with businesses that share our vision of a more equitable future for all.

WHY WE IMPACT REPORT

In an era defined by change, we must keep challenging oursleves to adapt to the evolving needs of our stakeholders with transparency and resilience. As we enter our third year of impact reporting, we remain committed to holding ourselves accountable for our mission progress - to build diversity, create inclusion, and encourage workplace innovation.

Since day one, Trinnovo Group has endeavoured to reshape recruitment for the better. We’ve spent over a decade building a business that makes a positive, sustainable impact on the communities, customers, and colleagues we support.

In 2022, we launched our Impact Metrics, defined to help our team track the progress of change across five of our most important areas; Diversity, Partnerships, Thought Leadership, Organic Growth, and Customer Engagement, and hold ourselves accountable. This year, we have added a sixth impact metric; Sustainability, in line with our goal towards a brighter and more sustainable future

OUR PROGRESS

Within this Impact zone, we will demonstrate how Trinnovo Group is leading from the front on the key Impact Metrics we have identified as crucial to our sustainable growth strategy. We are not perfect, but we are committed to being transparent in our performance against the ambitious goals we have set ourselves.

We have our people, our partnerships, our customers and our communities to thank for the strides we’ve made. Every imperfection is an opportunity to learn and grow, and we must continue to embrace these opportunities on our journey towards building a more resilient business, one that benefits all involved.

Our latest Impact Report is for the 12-month period July 2023 - June 2024.

SUSTAINABILITY

This year we have partnered with Green Branch to offset our emissions through the conservation of 11,000 hectares of native forests and grasslands in the Cerrado, Brazil. This certified project not only reduces emissions but also supports biodiversity, water conservation, and local communities through job creation, training and education. Our new partnership marks the start of our sustainability journey, providing the footing for our more proactive approach to climate change.

From charity days to joint thought leadership initiatives that challenge industry norms, our partnerships have helped shape Trinnovo Group into the business that it is today. We’re proud to partner with impact-driven organisations as we continue to evolve and create new ways of accessing hard-to-reach candidates.
