Henry is part of Trust in SODA's DACH team, he specialises in the Data market, partnering with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the region to build strong engineering and data teams.
Before joining Trust in SODA, Henry worked with some of Europe's fastest-growing SaaS businesses, helping them scale world-class engineering functions. He enjoys taking a consultative approach and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, he's a keen sports fan and follows/plays football, rugby, and cricket. He's also a keen traveller, having completed two road trips across Europe.
