The successful candidate will bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills together with cybersecurity know-how to deliver high-impact, enterprise-level projects. How you'll contribute:Drive consistency and quality across project execution using the proprietary Tollgate methodologyManage the program portfolio in Asana/JIRA and keep stakeholders in the loop on key KPIs and KRIsAlign plans and deliverables across capability teams and partners to keep delivery on trackRepresent the program in governance forums and report on performanceOwn program financial health — tracking, forecasting and status reportingSpot and manage risks early, and keep the RAID log current in AsanaOversee program budget, SOWs and invoicing in Asana/SAPKeep the program's document repository organized in SharePoint and AsanaCoach and mentor Project Managers, helping build capability across the teamWhat you'll bring:A background in information security, compliance and risk managementA knack for translating security strategy into clear, actionable plansStrong communication skills — comfortable with technical specialists and senior leaders alikeCommercial awareness and natural leadership instinctsExperience driving cross-functional initiatives, with a CISSP mindset (certification a plus)Agile/Scrum, Prince2 or ITIL exposureWhat we offer:Annual bonusMultisport cardMedical careLife insuranceEmployee pension program
