Before joining Trust in SODA, Mahesh recruited engineers across crypto and high-frequency trading infrastructure, giving him a strong technical grounding in complex, high-performance engineering environments. Today, he partners with ambitious AI businesses to find builders who can take products from 0-to-1, own features end to end, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
