Data from the firm's operational systems (practice management and finance, HR, client onboarding, time recording) is mined into event logs; a discrete event simulation is built and calibrated from those logs; and the firm's financial statements are reconstructed on top, so the effect of an operational change can be quantified before it is made. This role owns the product layer: the modelling studio where process models are built and edited, the scenario and experiment engine, executive dashboards, and exports. The stack is TypeScript end to end: Next.js (App Router, server components), React, Bun, Tailwind, Zustand, Recharts and d3 for charts, Postgres with row-level security for multi-tenant isolation. Development is AI-assisted as the standard working method, in a small team where everyone ships.
