Our relationship with Bupa began through a personal recommendation – having supported an engineering manager earlier in his career journey, we were his first port of call when he moved to Bupa Dental and needed to build out his team. ComAve was experiencing serious growth and had no talent or HR function. Trust in SODA (part of Trinnovo Group) started with recruiting the HR team and then became the talent function. As Delivery Hero was going through a period of growth due to the internationalisation of their product offering, they onboarded SODA as an embedded partner to assist with reducing time to hire and accessing international talent pools.
