Our focus? Preventing misuse, minimizing harm, and promoting positive behavior across the ecosystem of business and consumer accounts. Within this, the Unwanted Contact and Compromise team works specifically to protect users from spam, scams, and social engineering attacks. We design user-facing experiences that educate, inform, and ultimately protect people from bad actors—collaborating across the Integrity, Business Integrity, and Central Integrity teams. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us for a 12-month contract. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the experiences that proactively warn, inform, and guide users away from harmful or unwanted contact. This is a generalist role with a strong focus on mobile UX/UI design, interaction design, and collaboration across engineering and machine learning teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to design elegant, intuitive, and impactful solutions. What You’ll DoDesign mobile-first experiences (Android/iOS) that are simple, intuitive, and user-centeredTurn broad, conceptual ideas into usable and meaningful featuresCollaborate with client engineers and ML teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end UX and back-end classifiersLead design projects from ideation through to execution and launchRegularly present and review your work with internal stakeholders and design committeesContribute to product strategy alongside PMs, engineers, researchers, and content strategistsParticipate in weekly team meetings, design critiques, and studio hours with the design systems teamWhat We’re Looking For8–10 years of experience in UX/UI or product designStrong portfolio showcasing mobile app design and interaction design (iOS/Android)Experience with Figma, and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Origami, or similarExcellent problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skillsProven ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyInterest in user safety, spam prevention, and the integrity spaceBachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related fieldBonus PointsPassion for understanding how people get scammed and designing to prevent itPrior experience designing for messaging platforms or high-scale consumer productsFamiliarity with hybrid UX/UI design approaches and mobile interaction patterns
