Hyperoptic is a full fibre broadband provider, building and operating its own fibre network across the UK. As the business expanded its network and operations, its teams needed to scale alongside that growth.
The Challenge
Hyperoptic’s continued network expansion created hiring demand across multiple areas of the business, from B2B commercial teams and business analysis through to people functions and senior leadership.
With growth taking place across key locations including London and Manchester, Hyperoptic needed access to specialist talent at different levels and through different hiring models.

The Outcome
The partnership delivered 97 placements across Hyperoptic’s commercial, technology, people and leadership functions, supporting the business during a period of significant full fibre network expansion.
Of these placements, 60 were permanent and 35 were contract, giving Hyperoptic a combination of long-term capability and flexible specialist resource. A further 2 retained placements supported targeted hiring requirements.
The breadth of the recruitment activity also extended from business development and analytical positions through to senior appointments, demonstrating the ability to support hiring requirements at different levels of the organisation.
