LaunchDarkly was scaling its platform and infrastructure teams across San Francisco, Oakland and London during a period of rapid growth.
Specialist DevOps, infrastructure security and analytics engineering talent was needed simultaneously across multiple markets.
Hiring had to keep pace with growth without lowering the technical bar.
