? We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist | London (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join an exciting, fast-growing AI startup transforming how UK letting and estate agents manage customer enquiries.
You'll play a key role in onboarding new clients, supporting agency teams and ensuring they get the most out of our AI-powered front desk.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing client onboarding and supporting agencies through go-live.
- Providing day-to-day customer support and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Managing data quality, integrations and client knowledge bases.
- Building and improving AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Monitoring client performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with Customer Success, Engineering and AI teams to improve the product.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, client support, onboarding or operations.
- Experience building AI workflows or automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, ChatGPT or Claude.
- Confident working with spreadsheets, data and technical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Someone proactive, organised and excited to work in a fast-paced start up.
