They are looking for Senior Engineers after raising a $40m funding round, specifically who can work on their core platform, where you will be owning product/feature decisions and also helping with deployments at fortune 500 level.
Responsibilities:
- You'll work on the systems that let the agent reliably navigate, understand, and operate on large, interconnected enterprise codebases - code search at scale, authentication, sandboxing, tool calling, and the agent orchestration that ties them together.
- You'll design evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that systematically improve agent performance on real customer workloads. You'll instrument what the agent does, surface failure modes, and turn customer scenarios into reproducible tests that drive measurable improvement.
- You'll ship the infrastructure that lets the product run reliably at Fortune 500 scale — automated deployments across many customer AWS accounts, robust RBAC and permissioning for agents, security and compliance (SSO, audit, data residency), and cloud and on-prem environment support.
- You'll build the things customers see and use daily - backend services, integrations with the rest of the enterprise stack, and the client applications customers live in every day.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field from target school
- Strong backend and technical chops
- Proficiency in Python is important
- AI-native - comfortable with coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or CodeX
Nice to Have:
- Experience in an early-stage start-up (Seed through Series D)
- Previous experience as a founding engineer or as a founder is a plus
- Experience with deployments at enteprise level
- Comfort interacting with LLM tooling and willingness to learn about agentic workflows
