I've partnered exclusively with a Dublin based business who are looking to make a key strategic hire for the technical side of their operation. This will be less about day to day operations, ad more about influencing the future direction and shaping their IT and data landscape.
You won't be hands-on but would come from a technical background having moved into digital transformation. You'll have your finger on the pulse of technical market trends and be the person making the calls of software implementation and AI adoption.What you'll do:
- Identify synergies across the business to reduce complexity and cost
- Prioritise a data driven approach
- Influence at senior level with both internal and external stakeholder management
- Champion innovation, including AI adoption and cyber awareness
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven experience in complex / legacy IT environments
- Strong commercial and cost management awareness
- Excellent communicator with strong vendor management experience
- Experience in fast paced/transactional retail environments would be a plus
