Team leads at google or apple – humility
High calibere – high achieving backgrounds – senior only team
Willing to go out of box and go extra mile
Demos happening on short notice and expected to come in and nt be strict about 5pm
Target Salary
 		 $120-160 – tech leads at 120 – negotiate
