Rate: Up to €480 per day
We are seeking an experienced Privacy Analyst to join a collaborative Privacy Office team, working alongside privacy attorneys and other privacy professionals to support data protection and privacy compliance across business and technology teams. You will play a key role in privacy assessments, compliance documentation, and supporting teams in embedding privacy requirements into product design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and other privacy-related documentation.
- Review implementation plans and remediation activities to ensure privacy guidance is appropriately applied.
- Advise business stakeholders on privacy matters, including data retention, privacy notices, and cookie compliance.
- Support data inventory and information management activities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track Privacy Office metrics.
- Assist with privacy training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
- Liaise with business teams, technology stakeholders, customers, and vendors as required.
Key Requirements
- Experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance-related roles.
- Knowledge of PIAs, DPIAs, and privacy compliance processes.
- Understanding of data retention, privacy notices, and cookie compliance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal, business, and technology teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
