What if your next Team Lead role combined hands-on Kotlin engineering, real technical ownership and a mission that actually matters?
Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to build and lead a new Fraud Prevention & Player Protection team within its core B2B platform.
The mission is ambitious: build technology that helps prevent fraud, protect players, support responsible gambling and keep critical business processes secure and compliant.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, fraud prevention, risk and customer operations. Starting with existing in-house fraud detection services, you’ll evaluate modern fraud prevention solutions and shape how they integrate into the platform. At the same time, you’ll build and grow a small engineering team, influence architecture and stay hands-on with the technology.
The company combines the stability of an established international digital business with the autonomy and engineering culture of a modern tech organisation. You’ll have plenty of room to make decisions, experiment with new technology and build something that has a real operational impact.
