A well-established UK prize competition brand is entering an exciting period of growth following its acquisition by a major international digital lottery and entertainment group.
The business has built a strong presence in the UK, with a particular focus on performance and luxury cars, alongside cash, technology and other high-value prizes. As the brand continues to grow, they’re now looking for a commercially minded Digital Graphic Designer to join their creative and content team in Norwich.
This role would suit a designer with experience creating high-volume digital marketing and performance-focused creative — particularly for paid social, e-commerce, consumer brands or other fast-paced commercial environments.
You’ll be producing creative that is designed not just to look good, but to capture attention, communicate an offer quickly and drive customer engagement and conversion.
The role
You’ll create and adapt digital creative across the full customer journey, including:
- Paid social and digital advertising campaigns
- Promotional artwork for new prize competitions
- High-impact creative featuring cars, cash, technology and luxury products
- Product and prize thumbnails for website and competition pages
- Creative variations for different audiences, formats and campaigns
- Website, email and social media assets
- Retouching, compositing and manipulation of car, property and product photography
- Visual themes and supporting artwork for interactive games
- AI-assisted backgrounds, environments, concepts and creative variations where appropriate
- Resizing and adapting creative across multiple digital formats while maintaining brand consistency
You’ll work closely with the content, paid media, email and wider marketing teams, so you’ll need to be comfortable working from commercial briefs, responding to feedback and delivering high-quality creative at pace.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a commercial digital graphic design role
- A portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, social or performance-focused creative
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- Strong image manipulation, compositing and retouching skills
- A good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour and composition
- Experience adapting creative across multiple digital formats
- An understanding of what makes creative effective in paid social and digital advertising
This role is likely to suit you if...
You enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment, producing a high volume of digital creative and seeing your work used directly across marketing campaigns.
The package
25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays, pension contributions of up to 7.5%, enhanced sick pay after probation, and an Employee Assistance Programme with mental health support and 24/7 GP services.
The role is Norwich-based with an in-office presence.
If you’re an experienced Digital / Commercial Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of marketing and performance-focused creative, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
