This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative DevOps / Platform Engineering team where you will have genuine ownership over cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, security and developer enablement in a modern AWS-native environment.

- Managing and improving Kubernetes/EKS environments
- Developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/OpenTofu
- Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Improving platform observability, monitoring and reliability
- Supporting engineering teams with scalable internal tooling and developer platforms
- Driving cloud security, IAM best practices and compliance standards within a regulated fintech environment
- Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy

- Experience operating production AWS environments at scale
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge in enterprise or cloud-native environments
- Experience within fintech, SaaS, regulated environments or fast-growth startups is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working cross-functionally within lean engineering teams
