Data Platform & BI Lead

We've just had a really exciting new role go live with one of my long term exclusive clients in Dublin. 

They're searching for a lead engineer for their Data Platform and BI team. Looking for someone who already has some team lead experience as you'll have 2 direct reports from the start, with the potential for that team to grow. 

The role is probably about 30% leadership and 70% hands-on work. 

Role Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL server and T-SQL Development
  • Strong Power BI including dashboard design and data modelling
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong experience administering and and supporting Azure SQL environments in production
  • Experience leading a team, mentoring and managing both internal and external stakeholders
This would be a remote role with occasional trips to the office in Dublin city centre. It can also be hired fully remotely in Spain, Italy or Poland.
