Location: Portsmouth – 2–3 days onsite per fortnight
Rate: £420/day Outside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary digital delivery team working in a GDS-style Agile, user-centred environment. You’ll work across Discovery, Alpha and Beta, translating user needs and business problems into clear requirements and actionable outcomes for development teams.
Key Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience within Agile software delivery teams
- Experience with user-centred/service design or user research-led delivery
- Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and requirements
- Experience working with Product Managers, Researchers, Designers, Developers and Testers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- MOD or secure-environment experience is desirable
