The Opportunity
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building the applications, services and infrastructure that connect advanced AI systems with clinical users.
Working across web applications, mobile experiences, backend services and cloud infrastructure, you will help transform cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable, reliable products used in demanding healthcare environments.
This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to work closely with engineering, product and AI teams in a highly collaborative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack applications across web, mobile and cloud platforms
- Develop user-facing products that connect complex backend systems with intuitive workflows
- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, data pipelines and microservices
- Collaborate closely with AI and machine learning teams to productionise new capabilities
- Support cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and platform architecture
- Integrate applications with healthcare technology environments and enterprise systems
- Contribute to system reliability, observability and performance improvements
- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions and engineering best practices
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver new features
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges from design through deployment
- 3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack Engineering, Software Engineering or Platform Engineering
- Strong Python development experience
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript expertise
- Experience building modern frontend applications, ideally using React
- Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, databases and service architecture
- Experience building scalable production software systems
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Experience working with containerised environments and deployment pipelines
- Understanding of mobile application development and connected product ecosystems
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment
- Fluent English required
- Experience within healthcare, health-tech, med-tech or regulated industries
- Exposure to EHR systems, Epic integrations or clinical interoperability standards
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern DevOps tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
- Exposure to AI-powered products or machine learning-driven systems
- Experience working with video, imaging or large-scale data processing platforms
- Understanding of security, privacy and compliance requirements within healthcare environments
- French language skills
