Having achieved significant scale with a lean team, they are now looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help build the next generation of their platform. This is a fully onsite role in Berlin, working closely with founders, product leaders, and designers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The Role You'll own features from idea to production, building across the stack in TypeScript with modern technologies including React and Node.js. Working closely with Product, Design, and end users, you'll help translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, AI-enabled software. Beyond shipping features, you'll contribute to architectural decisions, improve system performance and reliability, and help shape engineering practices as the team continues to grow. What We're Looking ForStrong commercial experience building and operating production web applications.Strong TypeScript skills with experience in React and Node.js (or similar modern full-stack environments).Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from discovery through deployment.Solid understanding of APIs, frontend architecture, state management, and backend systems.A proactive mindset with strong ownership and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.AI-Native (Essential) Being AI-native is a core requirement for this role.
