Our US Story

SODA launched in the US in January 2020, opening our first office in Manhattan Beach. We quickly built a high-performing business unit, scaling to a team of 20 and delivering for clients across the US over the following three years.

Like many businesses, we were impacted by the global economic downturn and made the decision to consolidate back into the UK and reset.

Since then, as market conditions have improved, SODA has returned stronger — with the US now driving record-breaking performance and representing one of the most exciting growth opportunities in the business today.

So much so that we've made the decision to launch in Miami in Q1 2027. This creates a unique opportunity for our team, with the option to relocate and be part of building our US presence — fully supported by our E2 visa structure, something very few UK recruitment businesses can offer.

  1. All targets based on a rolling 6 month period, reset from date of most recent promotion
  2. Permanent financial target includes Total Permanent Sales
  3. Contract financial target includes New Weekly GP added with a minimum duration of 3 months
  4. Trainees must pass the training academy and hit the financial target to get promoted
  5. Must display minimum 6 out of 9 on values assessment (3 = always, 2 = sometimes, 1 = rarely/never)
