Overview We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant to support delivery of a confirmed multi-department IRM implementation for a Spanish end client.
This is not a pre-sales or advisory-only role — the project is already secured. You’ll be embedded in delivery, working directly with stakeholders who are relatively new to IRM and need guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to the end client across multiple departments
- Translate business requirements into IRM solutions and configurations
- Guide stakeholders with limited IRM maturity
- Collaborate with delivery leadership and technical teams to ensure successful rollout
- Strong ServiceNow IRM implementation experience (not just GRC theory)
- Proven ability to operate as a client-facing consultant / advisor
- Fluent Spanish (essential) – client-facing role
- Experience working across multiple business units / stakeholders
- Comfortable in delivery environments, not just design
- 1–2 stage interview process
- Led by Director of Delivery
- Fast turnaround (interviews within 24–48 hours of CV submission)
- Fully remote
- Candidates can be based in Europe or South America
- Must have overlap with European working hours for client interaction
