Change Manager – Strategic People Change

Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite in Northampton
Offering up to £600 per day Outside IR35
Initial 12 Month contract

We’re looking for a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across large transformation programmes. This role is centred on enabling behaviour change and adoption, not project delivery. You’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, owning change strategies while delivering communications, training, and adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change strategy across multiple programmes
  • Manage and develop Change Managers and Analysts
  • Design and deliver comms, training, and adoption plans
  • Define change frameworks, KPIs, and success measures
  • Create clear change narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Align change activity to long-term business outcomes


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering people-focused change in complex programmes
  • Strong communications and training capability
  • Ability to demonstrate structured change approaches and outcomes
  • Experience across areas like HR tech, workforce transformation, or supply chain
  • A clear people-centric mindset focused on adoption and behaviour change
