Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of products, websites, and assets across 2–3 fast-scaling ventures
- Create and manage design systems, branding, and guidelines from scratch or evolve what exists
- Collaborate closely with product, comms, and marketing to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Translate brand and business needs into intuitive UX and high-impact UI across multiple devices
- Work with tools like Figma, Photoshop, and others as needed — full design ownership
- Report directly to leadership while working autonomously across teams
- Help build internal design capabilities, eventually mentoring more junior talent as teams grow
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years’ experience in UX/UI design with a track record of shipping live products and evolving brands
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone who can lead but also do
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments; comfortable prioritising and moving fast
- Confident in working independently and managing design for multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of best practices in UX/UI, responsive design, branding, and digital ecosystems
- Fluent with tools like Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, and asset creation
