We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to help power world-class trading and contact platforms, serving 20M clients and handling 35M interactions annually.
What you’ll do
- Build and deliver high-quality software with CI/CD & automation at the core.
- Drive test-driven development and ensure application quality through automation tools (Selenium, Protractor, Parasoft, etc.).
- Lead in voice/digital routing (Genesys/Amazon Connect) and platform stability.
- Collaborate with devs, architects & ops to keep systems scalable and resilient.
What you bring
- 4 years in software engineering/QA/routing.
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.
- CI/CD, Linux, Docker & monitoring expertise.
- Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
