We're finishing off this year with a new role at one of our long term software clients in Dublin. They're hiring a Software Support Analyst to support business-critical, web-based platforms used by enterprise customers in regulated industries.
Day to Day:
- Provide application and software support for web platforms
- Own issues end to end: reproduce, log, escalate, and resolve
- Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs
- Support customers via email, phone, and chat
- Manage multiple support tickets and priorities
- Take part in an on-call rota when required
- React, TypeScript, JavaScript
- C#, .NET Core
- PostgreSQL, REST APIs
- Azure DevOps, Git (Azure exposure a plus)
- 6–12 months’ experience in software or product support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic debugging (.NET), SQL awareness, and understanding of web protocols
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
