We're partnered with an exciting SaaS business who are currently building production AI for the FinTech space. They're looking to add an experienced software engineer in test to their Belfast team.
They're building AI-powered features that automate complex workflows for thousands of users. This isn’t chatbot work — you’ll be testing real AI systems that transform how businesses operate.
The Role
You’ll design, build, and maintain automated tests across web apps and APIs, ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery in a modern, fast-moving engineering environment. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape quality from day one.
Key Skills
- Experience in software testing or software engineering with a QA focus
- Programming/scripting skills (JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Go)
- Hands-on test automation experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern agile practices
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to grow within test automation
- Experience with K6, JMeter, Gatling for performance testing
- Testing cloud-native or AI-driven applications
- Configuring automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
