We’re currently supporting a fast-growing, international EdTech platform (part of a publicly listed global learning group) as they expand their presence across the Spanish market.
This is a senior, new-business focused opportunity within a high-growth SaaS environment.
🚀 The Role
The successful hire will lead strategic growth across Spain, working enterprise and mid-market corporate clients within HR / L&D functions.
Key focus areas include:
- Closing high-value SaaS deals (€200k ACV)
- Managing full-cycle sales (with SDR support)
- Building and forecasting pipeline accurately
- Engaging decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Learning functions
- Representing the brand at regional events and trade shows
- Acting as a senior presence within the team and sharing best practice
Fluent Spanish & English required.
🎯 Ideal Profile
- Proven B2B SaaS sales background
- Strong enterprise deal experience
- Experience selling into HR / L&D / Training departments
- Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
- Structured sales approach (MEDDPICC beneficial)
- Commercially strategic and hands-on
