We’re currently supporting a fast-growing, international EdTech platform (part of a publicly listed global learning group) as they expand their presence across the Spanish market.
This is a senior, new-business focused opportunity within a high-growth SaaS environment.

🚀 The Role
The successful hire will lead strategic growth across Spain, working enterprise and mid-market corporate clients within HR / L&D functions.

Key focus areas include:
  • Closing high-value SaaS deals (€200k ACV)
  • Managing full-cycle sales (with SDR support)
  • Building and forecasting pipeline accurately
  • Engaging decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Learning functions
  • Representing the brand at regional events and trade shows
  • Acting as a senior presence within the team and sharing best practice

Fluent Spanish & English required.

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales background

  • Experience selling into HR / L&D / Training departments
  • Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Structured sales approach (MEDDPICC beneficial)
