About the Role Trust in Soda are partnering with a leading Swiss Government organisation embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. They’re replacing nearshore capacity with local ServiceNow specialists to strengthen their internal delivery capability.
You’ll join a technically diverse IT environment in a military and infrastructure context, working alongside experts in networks, databases, and server technologies. The focus is hands-on ServiceNow development, including analysis, design, and implementation of scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR).
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Analyse requirements and implement efficient technical solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams in an agile environment.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure quality assurance of developments.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
  • 2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technology knowledge.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification a plus).
  • Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fluent German and good English (spoken and written).
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
