As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring ServiceNow-based solutions. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, provide hands-on technical input, and ensure smooth solution delivery. This role suits a pragmatic, hands-on consultant who enjoys collaborating closely with customers, solving technical challenges, and seeing projects through from design to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization topics.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
- Participate in concept and specification development alongside customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and developers to implement the designed solutions.
- Manage laarge & small-scale technical projects, balancing technical delivery with commercial awareness.
- 40% Customer consulting and workshops
- 40% Technical implementation and configuration
- 20% Conceptual and documentation work
- 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow or ITSM consulting experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of REST, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration principles.
- Completed FH/ETH degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
- Experience in small project teams and direct customer delivery.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Structured, and pragmatic working style with strong teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in at least two modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
