We have been retained by a long-term Swiss partner a leading IT consultancy, part of a well-established technology group with over 25 years of experience helping companies automate IT and business processes. They are known for delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions to enterprise clients and are looking to expand their current team of experts.

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring ServiceNow-based solutions. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, provide hands-on technical input, and ensure smooth solution delivery. This role suits a pragmatic, hands-on consultant who enjoys collaborating closely with customers, solving technical challenges, and seeing projects through from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization topics.
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
  • Participate in concept and specification development alongside customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and developers to implement the designed solutions.
  • Manage laarge & small-scale technical projects, balancing technical delivery with commercial awareness.

  • 40% Technical implementation and configuration
  • 20% Conceptual and documentation work
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow or ITSM consulting experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of REST, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration principles.
  • Completed FH/ETH degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
  • Experience in small project teams and direct customer delivery.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Structured, and pragmatic working style with strong teamwork skills.
Nice to have:
  • ServiceNow certifications in at least two modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
