We've just had a really interesting role go live with one of our long-term clients in the financial services space.
They're looking for a new systems engineer to join their Digital assets team.
You'll get the chance to work closely with the engineering teams to deploy applications in production, but also coordinate with business teams to hands inclident response. You'll be supporting on-prem infrastructure and production applications in the cloud.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Degreee in computer science or other relevant discipline
- 5 years experience in systems engineering
- Strong experience deploying applications in production environments
- Experience coordinating upgrades and patches for on-prem infrastructure
- Strong experience with both Windows and Linux environments
- Strong scripting in Python/Groovy/Shell
- Experience with trading order management and FIX protocol would be a big plus
The role is Dublin based and would be a hybrid set-up.
