They’re now hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and build the next generation of their AI platform. You’ll join a collaborative, high-caliber engineering team that values curiosity, learning, and technical excellence and you’ll play a key role in shaping products used across a multi-billion-dollar market.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance AI-powered applications
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to turn ideas into production systems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Contribute to architecture decisions that shape the future of the AI platform
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack, including participation in on-call rotations
- Champion engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Help advance strategic technical initiatives, gaining cross-team buy-in and alignment
Ideal Profile
- 5 years building production-grade software in Python
- Strong experience with FastAPI, Django, asyncio, and asynchronous high-throughput systems
- Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, or Express
- Proficient in SQL with experience using distributed systems like RabbitMQ, SNS, SQS
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus exposure to DevOps practices
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs without sacrificing long-term quality
- Thrive in collaborative, distributed teams and experienced working asynchronously
- Forward-looking mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and explore emerging technologies
Bonus Experience
- Hands-on work with LLMs and optimization techniques
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, fintech, healthcare)
- Background in high-growth, fast-paced startups
