Role: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Hamburg (1x per month in office)
Salary: €50,000–€70,000
Language: Must be C1 level of German or above
You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager who brings the creative spark — your job is to bring the analytical firepower, campaign hustle, and channel expertise to match it.
What you will be doing:
- Run and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads a must; Reddit/Twitch a big plus)
- Launch campaigns, adjust budgets, and update creatives
- Monitor performance and report on key metrics
- Test new channels, audiences, and creative angles
- Collaborate with creative team to align messaging and visuals
- Learn, adapt, iterate — fast
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in paid performance marketing
- Strong Google Ads experience — you live in the dashboard
- Comfortable with media buying, budget pacing, and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with a love for numbers and campaign testing
- Startup-ready: comfortable with rapid changes, imperfect info, and taking initiative
- A builder’s mindset — not afraid to try, fail, learn, and scale
- Bonus: experience with Reddit Ads, Twitch, TikTok, Meta
