Join our client as a Senior Engineer on a brand new Application Security Platform Squad within the Enterprise Cybersecurity division. This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-new platform and team from the ground up — and play a pivotal role in driving a “security-first” culture across a global enterprise.
🔒 The Mission 70% of data breaches involve web app exploitation (Verizon 2024). Their web applications are critical customer touchpoints, making application security essential. This squad will develop a centralized scanning platform, integrating security tools like SAST, SCA, and secret scanning directly into CI/CD pipelines — all to empower developers and secure our digital ecosystem.
👩💻 What You’ll Do
- Build scalable, secure tools from scratch for a new AppSec platform
- Design and maintain security scanning solutions within developer workflows
- Drive automation, testing, and deployment best practices
- Influence key technical decisions and mentor your squadmates
🧠 What You Bring
- 5 years' experience with enterprise-grade application development (Java, Python, or Go)
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with application security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, etc.)
- Strong grasp of testing frameworks and agile delivery
- Passion for security, scalable systems, and team collaboration
