Join a brand-new Application Security Platform Squad within Enterprise Cybersecurity unit and play a key role in building a cutting-edge platform from the ground up. This is your opportunity to shape a greenfield security solution and culture across an enterprise supporting 40M customers.
🔒 The Role You’ll design, build, and deploy scalable tools and services that strengthen application security across the organization. From integrating SAST, SCA, and secret scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to building centralized scanning and policy management systems — you’ll help drive a “security-first” mindset among Fidelity’s 10,000 developers.
✅ What You’ll Need
- 5 years in enterprise-grade software engineering (Java, Python, Go)
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and infrastructure as code
- Exposure to AppSec tools and practices (SAST, DAST, WAF, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, PyUnit, Cucumber, Cypress
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Agile delivery mindset
