Summary
We’re working with an iGaming business to hire a Senior BA. You will act as a bridge between Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Technology teams, ensuring processes are fit-for-purpose, measurable, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Must Haves Skills
- Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into clear, structured process models (As-Is / To-Be), identifying inefficiencies, and delivering scalable improvements that enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve stakeholder experience.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops, aligning senior stakeholders, and bridging the gap between multiple functions.
- Create end-to-end visibility of critical business processes. Produce As-Is and To-Be and process maps (BPMN/swimlane/value stream)
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
- Strengthen financial governance and commercial decision-making.
- Enable scalable portfolio management practices.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around simplified, high-performing operating models.
