Responsibilities
- We are looking to hire two Scrum Masters asap. Strong tech experience, agile methodology experience, strong delivery and management skills, strong attention to detail, and financial Services / banking industry experience would be ideal too.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or undergraduate degree preferred, along with extensive experience in an IT role (project management/software engineering/team lead), with suitable experience as a scrum master. PMO certification would be icing on the cake.
- A Certified Scrum Master with experience leading and facilitating agile ceremonies – planning/refinement, stand up, retrospectives.
- Experience acting as a servant leader to teams – driving plans, identifying & mitigating risks, unblocking delivery.
- Agile delivery experience in a fast-paced, client-facing, Digital delivery environment
