Your SAP expertise will help power systems used in hospitals, emergency services, and industrial safety operations around the world.
What you’ll do
- Advise global teams on the use and optimisation of SAP systems.
- Monitor operations and ensure reliability across SAP environments.
- Analyse and resolve issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
- Support incident, change, and service request management, plus user and access administration.
- Lead or contribute to sub-projects and upgrades, including Hypercare support.
- Coordinate external partners and service providers to ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain the product backlog, run improvement workshops, and update documentation.
What you bring
- Experience in SAP Basis administration across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
- Understanding of SAP system operations, integration, and scaling in global settings.
- Strong skills in monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Background in managing vendors and stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in IT.
- Fluent English and German.
- Analytical, structured, and collaborative mindset.
