Role: Sales Director
Reporting to: Director, Services for Market Research
Location: Central London office

The Company This organisation is a leading European provider of market research services, customer engagement solutions, and loyalty programmes. With data at the core of its strategy, the company supports many of Europe’s largest brands and research agencies.
The Market Research Services division is the largest within the business and operates proprietary research panels across multiple European countries. The company supplies respondents for online research studies to a wide range of market research buyers.
Following significant growth and several recent European acquisitions, the company is now seeking a new Sales Director to join its UK team.

The Job Key Responsibilities New Business Development – 50%
  • Sell proprietary research panels across an assigned territory to buyers in Market Research, Media, PR, Advertising, and Communications.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
  • Present solutions to clients and prospects, quickly growing a strong portfolio.
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences within the UK.
  • Stay up to date with new products, market trends, and competitive developments.
Account Management – 50%
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients.
  • Handle client requests, assess feasibility, and prepare proposals.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Upsell services and expand revenue across the client base.
  • Present new offerings, products, and capabilities to existing accounts.
And You You will have 5–7 years of relevant sales experience within the market research services industry, with strong industry connections and a proven track record. Experience in selling multi-country studies is advantageous.
You are highly motivated, target-driven, and collaborative. Given the high level of client interaction, excellent communication skills are essential. You should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
