About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Engineer to join an agile squad and play a key role in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to test automation strategies, design and implement test solutions, and drive continuous improvement within the team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, using modern technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 6 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in front-end automation (Selenium, Playwright preferred).
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- API testing experience with tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or Karate.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar test management tools.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions across UI and API layers.
- Partner with developers and analysts to ensure features are testable from the start.
- Lead test planning and execution for complex features.
- Mentor junior Quality Engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration and automation practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
