Their current focus is on revolutionising property management through intelligent automation — streamlining maintenance coordination, compliance tracking, and communication between landlords, tenants, and property managers.
Founded in 2024 and now 50 people strong, the company is entering a rapid scaling phase. They’re led by experienced founders from AI and software backgrounds, with strong commercial traction and a clear roadmap for expansion into adjacent markets.
The Role
As Product Owner, you’ll join a small, high-impact product team, working directly alongside the founding Product Manager to accelerate product delivery and refine user experience. This role is hands-on, strategic, and perfect for someone who thrives in an early-stage, high-velocity AI environment.
You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and design to shape the roadmap, prioritise development, and ensure every feature delivers tangible impact for end users in the property management space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive feature delivery and continuous improvement of the AI automation platform.
- Translate user insights and business goals into detailed product requirements and stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver seamless, high-performing user experiences.
- Manage prioritisation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Leverage data and feedback to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Work directly with the founding team to align product strategy with company vision.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a PropTech or real estate technology environment.
- Solid understanding of AI-powered products, automation, or workflow optimisation tools.
- Strong background in startups or fast-moving product teams — ideally having operated in lean, hands-on environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivery, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked directly with AI/ML product teams or agentic AI systems.
- Have experience scaling B2B SaaS products for non-technical users.
- Have previously worked in a founder-led company or small cross-functional team.
