Senior Product Owner
Location: London | Hybrid | Full-time
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions for a major UK organisation operating in a complex and fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to shape strategic direction, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will represent the customer’s perspective across the full product lifecycle—defining vision, building roadmaps, and managing delivery through cross-functional internal and supplier teams. You’ll work closely with senior management, including departmental directors, to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and oversee an annual capital spend of £1m–£3m.
You’ll collaborate with Technology Architects, Business Partners, and Service Managers to balance functional and technical change, ensuring products remain scalable, resilient, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities
• Define and deliver clear, outcome-driven product roadmaps based on customer and business requirements
• Lead the planning and delivery of new technology products, ensuring ongoing maintenance and optimisation
• Manage internal and supplier delivery teams to meet performance and quality standards
• Oversee product funding, ensuring capital spend is effectively prioritised and managed
• Partner with business change and service management teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Manage relationships up to Director level, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment
• Support and develop others to strengthen the organisation’s technology capability

Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in a large enterprise or technology-driven environment
• Strong background in product management, technology development, or business systems analysis
• Experience leading delivery within matrix organisations and supplier partnerships
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to simplify complexity
• Degree-level education and relevant professional qualification preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Systems, Airport Operational Systems, APIs and Data, Enterprise Back Office, or Infrastructure
• Experience of Agile delivery methodologies in an enterprise environment

• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
• Bonus: Target bonus of 12.5% of salary, with the potential to earn up to 25%, based on individual and company performance
