I’m partnered with a leading European tech company valued at €2.9B, hiring a Principal UI/UX Designer.
You'll own the end-to-end design of a platform powering vast B2B workflows across desktop and mobile, backed by a mature design & engineering ecosystem.
You’ll collaborate with product, research, engineering and data science to turn insights into high-impact interfaces built on a scalable design system. The team uses an open-source UI component library (atoms→molecules→organisms) and a React / TypeScript frontend layer allowing design-to-code handoff and reuse.
Expect to:
- Translate complex data-rich dashboards and dealer metrics into elegantly designed UI components.
- Use Figma to design and iterate components that align with UI standards (spacing, breakpoints, typography variables, colour variables) e.g. the library lists spacing tokens $S 8px, $M 12px etc.
- Run and interpret A/B experiments (the company uses experimentation data to optimise conversion) so your design decisions are backed by measurable business outcomes.
- Negotiate design direction with senior stakeholders: advocate for the craft, balance business requirements and technical constraints, mentor other designers in the team.
- Ensure high-craft delivery: pixel-perfect UI, accessibility standards, responsive behaviour across viewports (e.g. breakpoints from 321px→1270px ).
If you’re a hands-on design leader who can navigate detail and strategy, craft UI systems, influence product direction, and deliver measurable outcomes, let’s talk. Send your CV and portfolio for a confidential chat.
