My client is looking f dynamic and experienced Operational Resilience (OpRes) Lead to champion the implementation of our Capacity Management Framework across Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical Operations (COs).
In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to embed capacity management practices within the wider operational resilience strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, service continuity, and resilience across our enterprise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful adoption of resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of Capacity Management practices across IBS and COs.
- Collaborate with Operational Resilience Entity Leads to align capacity management with wider resilience objectives.
- Provide oversight of framework implementation, monitor progress, and address any risks, gaps, or remediation actions.
- Lead and manage stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology leaders.
- Ensure consistent alignment with evolving regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for Operational Resilience, particularly around IBS and COs.
- In-depth knowledge of capacity management, risk management, and service governance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs in complex, multi-entity environment.
