We’ve partnered with a market-leading digital business behind some of Europe’s biggest lottery, charity raffles, and e-commerce gaming platforms — combining technology, marketing, and data to reach millions of users across Germany.

They’re now looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help elevate how they measure and optimise marketing performance. You’ll lead work on Marketing Mix Models, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing — helping ensure every euro of media spend is working as hard as it should.

📍 Location: Hamburg / Berlin (Germany-based, 1x/month in office)
Salary: €60-80k- Dep on Experience!

What You’ll Do
  • Build and refine MMM and attribution models across all major marketing channels
  • Run incrementality tests, geo-experiments, and holdouts to measure true impact
  • Turn data into actionable insights for smarter media planning and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with teams across CRM, performance, finance, and data engineering
  • Partner with vendors like Meta and Kantar on measurement and validation
  • Create dashboards that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions

What We're Looking For
  • 4–6 years in marketing analytics, ideally in e-commerce or digital consumer products
  • Strong skills in Python or R, and SQL
  • Proven experience with MMM, attribution modelling, and performance analysis
  • Solid grasp of causal inference, experimentation, and regression techniques
  • Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels
  • Clear communicator who can explain data to non-technical teams
