As a Lead Engineer, you'll code and guide. Your responsibilities include:
  • Hands-on Development: Deep dive into backend and frontend development with modern technologies, ensuring high-quality, secure code.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and championing best practices.
  • Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver complex project requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Champion agile, CI/CD, and automated testing to boost productivity.
  • Innovation: Explore and propose new tools and technologies to enhance our platform's efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting deployments and maintenance.

We're looking for a leader with strong technical expertise:
  • Experience: 5 years in software development with hands-on coding, including prior lead or senior engineer roles.
  • .Net 6 & .Net Framework
  • Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core
  • SQL
  • React & TypeScript - The role in a heavily BE-leaning, but it needs to have a good FE understanding
  • Familiarity with evolving monolithic architectures and understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring.
