We’re looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic Data & AI Solutions Team — someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, architecture, and AI innovation.
In this role, you’ll shape data projects end-to-end — from scoping and design to implementation and delivery — bringing Data Products to life and guiding our journey into the world of agentic AI workflows.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of analytics initiatives across their full lifecycle — from raw data to production-ready insights.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and analytics systems that power decision-making and AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate complex challenges into data-first solutions.
- Explore and prototype agentic AI workflows, leveraging LLMs beyond traditional chatbot use cases.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance across our analytics and engineering teams.
- Be the “jack of all trades” who can pivot between architecture, coding, modeling, and problem-solving as projects evolve.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 7 years working across the full data lifecycle — from engineering and analytics to architecture and AI/ML deployment.
- Expertise in SQL and Python, plus experience with modern data platforms such as dbt, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with LLMs and ideally hands-on exposure to agentic or autonomous AI workflows.
- A broad technical toolkit and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills — able to simplify the complex.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
