What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Sales Strategy: Own and execute a scalable sales plan aligned with company growth targets.
- Build & Elevate Teams: Mentor and manage AE and SDR teams, creating a high-performing, customer-first sales culture.
- Drive Market Expansion: Identify new revenue opportunities, establish partnerships, and optimize sales channels—especially in the VAT and accounting space.
- Sales Operations Excellence: Refine and manage sales processes using HubSpot, maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and maximize customer value.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- SaaS Sales Expertise: Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Leadership Track Record: Strong people manager with the ability to inspire, coach, and grow a motivated sales team.
- Strategic & Tactical Mindset: Deep understanding of GTM planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Hands-On Experience: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to optimize systems and processes, particularly in HubSpot.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Background in project-based or direct sales, with a clear commitment to long-term client success.
- Bilingual Fluency: Native-level German and professional-level English (spoken and written).
