We are looking for an engineering executive to govern technical integrity, establish the strategic vision, and further mentor & shape the teams committed to exceptional output. We need a leader who is inherently Product-Minded, who understands that Engineering must enable Product, not inhibit it. This is a high-influence leadership role where you'll partner directly with the Founder/CEO, COO, and the CPO to shape our technology landscape and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: A High-Impact Leadership Role
💡 Strategic & General Leadership
- Proven extensive leadership experience
- Drive the engineering vision, ensuring its seamless integration with the product roadmap and overall business objectives.
- Cultivate a unified operational cadence between Technology and Product to accelerate high-value delivery.
- Function as a core member of the executive team, driving improvements in cross-functional governance and advocating for technology roadmaps.
- Build, mentor, and empower a diverse leadership layer (Managers, Staff Engineers) to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Strategically manage engineering resources, budgets, and headcount to optimize spend for maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

- An architecture-first mindset, setting clear performance indicators (KPIs) for platform stability, security, and long-term scalability – this role will suit someone with a strong engineering background.
- Design and deliver a resilient infrastructure capable of supporting ambitious, sustained future growth.
- Elevate software development practices, partnering with Product leadership to evolve the SDLC for tighter collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
